By using BioTrainer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of Service
BioTrainer is an AI-powered fitness and nutrition coaching app. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate information, and using one account per person. You agree not to use the app for illegal purposes, share your account, reverse engineer the app, or upload inappropriate content.
Community Content & Conduct
BioTrainer's community features (posts, comments, stories, and profiles) let members share their own content. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior, including harassment, hate speech, threats, illegal content, and sexually explicit material. Any user can report a post, comment, or profile, or block another user, directly in the app. We review reports and remove violating content and eject the responsible user, typically within 24 hours of a report. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent account termination.
Subscriptions & Payments
- Free Tier: Limited features
- Pro Tier: Full access via subscription
- Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Cancellation: Use the subscription management option for the service where you purchased your subscription
- Refunds: For purchases through Apple, request a refund from Apple. For web purchases, contact support@biotrainer.ai for assistance.
- Price Changes: 30 days notice
Intellectual Property
App content is owned by BioTrainer. You own your personal data and grant us license to use it to provide services. AI-generated plans are for informational purposes and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is." We are not liable for injuries, health issues, or data loss. Maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid. Consult healthcare providers before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
