• Cancellation: Cancel anytime in app settings
• Refunds: Per App Store/Play Store policies
• Price Changes: 30 days notice

App content is owned by BioTrainer.ai. You own your personal data and grant us license to use it to provide services. AI-generated plans are for informational purposes and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

The app is provided "as is." We are not liable for injuries, health issues, or data loss. Maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid. Consult healthcare providers before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
