We use your information to generate personalized workout and meal plans, track progress, provide AI coaching, process payments, and improve our services. We send important updates only—no marketing without your consent.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with encryption at rest. We use industry-standard security measures. Third-party services include Supabase, Replicate (AI), Stripe (payments), and Apple/Google (authentication).

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may opt out of certain data collection, though this may limit app functionality.
